With the assistance and expertise of our on-site interior designer, we will help you select individual products such as paint/stain colors, fabrics, rugs, and accessories for any room. We also provide hands-on assistance including furniture selection, a personalized room layout, coordination with paint colors/stains, and specific fabrics and textures that will help to create your desired look. Residential Projects

Our team is prepared to deliver home interior design services for both single and multiple-room residential clients by establishing a collaborative relationship first. We have the best home interior designers that take pride in handling your unique residential projects. First, we begin by developing a plan based on your vision. Next, we provide detailed specifications and prints. Our leading residential designers go beyond the standard questions of design style, square footage, and budget. We ask questions like:

Interior Design Services

The hourly rate with our designers is $100.00 per hour. Each of our customized templates or mood boards are $110.00 per board, which are prepared completely “in house” for each client.

Once our design proposals are completed and our client decides to go forward with our services and products, all of the hourly fees and services will be waived. However, if the client desires not to go forward with the company’s services and goods, all fees will be applied and payable to Pawleys Cottage Furniture.
